History of Presidencies
The General Assembly of 28th June 2012 in Paris and 07th June 2013 at Santiago de Compostela have decided to establish a rotating Presidency – in a democratic and participatory approach.
The General Assembly of 04th July 2024 at Santiago de Compostela has changed the term of the Presidency for 4 years and established the post of a Vice-President.

The Federation was established on April 1, 2011 in Puy-en-Velay – France, within the framework of the Interreg Sudoe Loci Iacobi project.
